Hip new hotel in a busy area short walk to many shops and restaurants and both bus stop and subway station. Lots of goodies for breakfast. The location was good and marvellous and the staff were affable.

This place was a great home base for visiting major attractions in the area, the standard room was exceptionally nice and comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows, and it's conveniently located near public transportation.

The room we had was quite spacious and had a nice view of the city lights. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. We enjoyed the fact that there was room service available 24/7, so we could indulge in some late night treats. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop and a train station, which made getting around a lot easier.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the lack of cleanliness in our room. The carpet was stained and there was a funky smell coming from the bathroom.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. the hotel's location was convenient, just a short distance from the Women's Museum. - I liked having amenities like climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator in the room. - the staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service.

My stay at New Avon Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Despite a few minor hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and I especially loved the water system that provided both hot and cool water. Considering the price, it was a good deal. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient to access nearby attractions. The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean. However, the service was not impressive due to unprofessional staff behavior. Also, there was no provision for breakfast and no water bottles were provided.
The facilities in the hotel were outdated and in dire need of renovation.

Absolutely loved my city trip stay! the complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival were a lovely touch, and the room was sparkling clean. the hotel's location near the bus and metro stations made getting around so easy, and the nearby restaurants and shops were fantastic. the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight , great views and a relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet could have been better , limited options and not the best quality. the check, in process was a bit slow and could have been more organized.
